Each team was able to submit its own concrete and practicable suggestion on how processes, materials or procedures within the division could become more sustainable.
The best three suggestions were each awarded a grant for the team summer party.
We accompanied the challenge with a colorful mix of tips, information and hands-on projects, e.g. on the topics of sustainable cuisine, waste avoidance and why it is so difficult to change habitual behavior.
Numerous teams took part with great suggestions. We are implementing many of them for the entire Group.
