At Pawlik, we embrace Social Responsibility Both as a Company and as Individuals.
Responsibility is a key pillar of our corporate culture. It is not only part of our everyday work but also reflects our deep commitment to social responsibility. We actively engage in social projects and have already achieved a great deal together!
Our corporate principles and Code of Conduct form the basis for respectful cooperation and open dialogues, both within our company and with our customers and the public.
Although we are not currently required to report on our supply chain, we are happy to proactively address our customers’ questions. For us, sustainability is more than just an issue—it’s a responsibility to which we are fully dedicated. Sustainability profile

Our commitment is focused on three fields of action that are aligned with our mission statement and corporate objectives.
Education
One of our main consulting focuses is on the development of people. Which is why it is so important to us to pass on our knowledge. We are continually on the lookout for volunteer educational projects.

Social
For us, social commitment means compensating for injustice! Whether through targeted donations or long-term partnerships with aid organizations—both approaches are valuable. To enable our employees to really make a difference, we give them time so they can get involved. Whether during our Social Days or through GROW time, we create space for real involvement!

Ecology
Conserve resources? Sure, but how do we do it sustainably? Our employees closely monitor whether we are genuinely committed to the issue or engaging in greenwashing. Their critical perspective serves as our benchmark. We adhere to the principles of 1. REDUCE, 2. REUSE and, if nothing else works, 3. OFFSET.

At the PAWLIK Group, responsibility is in our DNA! We see ourselves not only as consultants, but also as personalities who are committed to their environment. That’s why we join forces to make a difference – and that goes far beyond consulting.
CSR is not just a concept for us, but is actively practiced and constantly developed within the company. Every year, we create a new team that shapes our vision of CSR with fresh ideas, launches projects and thus causes a real stir within the company.
What’s more, employees from all corners of the PAWLIK Group come together, exchange ideas and make a real contribution to people and the environment with their activities. This not only makes a difference – it connects and inspires!

Diversity/Equity/Inclusion
Our purpose—“ We Help People Grow To Shape the Future”—applies to everyone, regardless of their origin, religion, sexual orientation, physical and mental abilities, or gender identity.
We regard it as a crucial part of our social responsibility to foster inclusivity. To achieve this, we collaborate with partner organizations that specialize in the needs of diverse communities.
For example, we regularly post our job ads on the MyAbility.org platform and value our exchanges with this competent advisory service. Additionally, we are members of the Hamburg Pride e.V. association, which aims to combat prejudice and discrimination against the LGBTQIA+ community. We are of course also a signatory of the Diversity Charter.
