Pawlik Consultants Celebrates Its 25th Anniversary
It all started in a basement in Hamburg-Rahlstedt. The then “Pawlik Consulting GmbH” began as a pure sales company with a focus on “leadership” and “sales.” This was followed by expansion into the area of personnel development. Two years after the company was founded, the areas of personnel consulting and organizational development were added. Shortly thereafter, the company became a fixture in Hamburg’s SME sector and organized its first congress in 2000 on the subject of “The world as a market – sales in the online age”.
Thanks to continuous development of its expertise and the conquest of international markets, Pawlik Consultants GmbH has grown within 25 years from a founding team of nine people to a globally active group of companies with 300 employees at a total of 15 locations. The annual congress held since 2000 is now one of the most renowned leadership events in Germany.
CEO Joachim Pawlik looks back and summarizes: “The national and international success of our group of companies is primarily due to the great team spirit and dedication of all colleagues. “In addition to our customer proximity and our claim to be better than theory, we are united above all by our jointly developed purpose: “People grow with us to shape the future.”
