For two days, around 300 managers discussed the future of work and how companies can best prepare for change at the Handelsblatt Media Group publishing house in Düsseldorf.
Joachim Pawlik gave a keynote speech in which he explained why empathy is a strategic component of modern corporate leadership and how it can be learned and used.
