Psychologist Philipp Klein, who was Head of Operations at scan.up AG from 2015 until now, has been appointed to the Executive Board. The qualified psychologist succeeds Arne Adrian, who moved to the supervisory board of scan.up AG. Klein wants to use the scan process to provide even more in-depth information about personalities in the future and thus differentiate his portfolio from providers of fully automated and “fast” personnel diagnostics: “I want to position scan.up as a pure premium provider of aptitude diagnostics,” explains the 37-year-old.
In the course of the management change, Ronja Hertlein and Friederike Heep were promoted to Head of Operations at scan.up. They are responsible for the operative implementation of the strategic goals. Hertlein and Heep take over the management position in the sense of a tandem. Ronja Hertlein is looking forward to the shared leadership, which allows her to combine family and career: “Friederike Heep and I complement each other perfectly professionally and harmonise very well as people,” explains Hertlein. Heep adds that this is precisely what is decisive for success in management tandems.
Ronja Hertlein has a degree in education and has been working as a consultant for aptitude diagnostics at scan.up and the higher-level PAWILK Group since 2003. The psychologist Friederike Heep has been employed as a consultant for personnel diagnostics at scan.up since 2013.
