PAWLIK Launches New Digital Method for Simplified Personnel Diagnostics

In cooperation with psychology professor David Scheffer, the PAWLIK Group has developed the psychometric method “Screenfact”. In just five minutes, it provides HR managers and personnel developers with valid profiles of the individual strengths and development potential of employees or customers.

HR managers and consultants can develop personalities and teams more precisely if they understand what the individual strengths and areas of potential development of the people concerned are. Up to now, analysis methods have been either very time-consuming or they question people who may have a distorted self-image.

Based on the research of Prof. Dr. David Scheffer, prominent in the field of implicit motivation research, PAWLIK’s personnel diagnostics team has now developed a method called Screenfact that helps personnel and team developers quickly and validlyand can be used on a large scale. It records individual personality facets, competencies or ranks the placement in a team role model in only five minutes and evaluates them automatically. Scientifically, the psychometric method is based on the representatively researched relationship between a person’s visual perception and their personality system interactions. Screenfact is based on the Action Control Model, just like PAWLIK’s scan method, which has been well established on the market for many years, but which is more differentiated and comprehensive.

Ina Everts, Head of Operations at Screenfact, explains the method as follows: “Employees spontaneously answer questions about a series of images. Since people are not aware of the complex correlations between their visual perception and their personality during the procedure, the results cannot be manipulated.” The report reveals personality facets, gives concrete advice for further development and is easy to understand and use even without prior psychological knowledge.

oachim Pawlik, CEO of the PAWLIK Group: “A fast, practical and at the same time valid analysis method that offers our customers considerable advantages in personnel and team development was always a goal of ours. We are proud to have now reached the goal with one of our Heads of Science David Scheffer and the team.” Example of a Where Screenfact Can Be Used Teams can be classified and promoted in a targeted manner using a specially developed role model. In terms of communication behavior, it measures where people complement and differ from each other, and what (conflict) potential the constellation holds. In order to support team development in change processes, Screenfact shows how stress and change are handled personally and provides impulses for strengthening one’s own resilience.
